Why did it taste burnt before it ran out?
Usually chain vaping without pauses, an e-liquid level that has dropped below the coil, or storage somewhere hot.
Can I refill it?
No. A disposable is designed for single use; opening it compromises safety and ruins the taste.
Which strength should I choose?
Coming from cigarettes, a mid-to-high strength usually fits. If you want something gentler on the throat, go lower.
It won't draw although the battery works — why?
Try one slow, long draw and check that your finger or the wrapper is not covering the air inlet.
Is a disposable cheaper than a pod system?

- Conditions — The original invoice or order number, the product sealed in its original wrapping and unused, and undamaged packaging.
- Non-returnable items — All e-liquids, all pods and coils, and any device that has been opened or used — for health and safety reasons.
- If we got it wrong — If you receive the wrong item or a clear manufacturing defect, we cover the full cost of the exchange and delivery.
