SMOK RPM 2 Replacement Coils for Nord 4 and Scar-P3

SMOK RPM 2 replacement coils were built for the RPM 2 pod platform, and they push more vapour and more airflow than the original RPM heads. Five coils per pack, press-fit straight into the pod.

What changed from the original RPM coil

SMOK widened the coil base and the wicking area and dropped the resistance, so the device can run at higher wattage without scorching the cotton. The payoff is cleaner flavour and warmer vapour, especially on the mesh head.

Every RPM 2 resistance and what it suits

• 0.16ohm Mesh — 30-50W, sweet spot around 40W. A direct lung head with dense vapour; feed it high-VG e-liquid.
• 0.25ohm DC — 30-50W. A dual coil that runs warm and balances flavour against clouds.
• 0.6ohm DC MTL — 12-25W. Tight mouth-to-lung draw with a smooth throat hit and the natural home for nicotine salts. This is the head most RPM 2 pods ship with.

Which devices take RPM 2 coils?

RPM 2 coils fit the SMOK RPM 2 and RPM 2S, RPM 85, RPM 100, RPM C, Nord 4 (RPM 2 pod), Nord C, Nord X (RPM 2 pod), IPX 80, SCAR-P3, SCAR-P5, Thallo and Thallo S, plus the G-Priv Pod and G-Priv Pro Pod.

Watch out: RPM 2 coils will not fit an original RPM device or an RPM 3 device. Each family has its own dimensions even though the shapes look similar. The Nord 4, for instance, ships with two pod types — an RPM pod and an RPM 2 pod — so confirm which one you are holding.
