The battery delivers up to 25 uses on a full charge, with up to 3 consecutive uses followed by a cooldown of around 4 minutes. A full charge takes about 3 hours over USB Type-C, and each session runs for roughly 5 minutes.

How To Use
Fully charge the device before first use with the USB Type-C cable
Insert a BLENDS stick into the device opening

Device and stick compatibility
ILUMA devices — Use bladeless induction heating and take TEREA sticks only.
Earlier devices — Blade-heater models take HEETS sticks.
Before you order — Confirm your device model first — the two generations of sticks are not interchangeable.

Is IQOS a vape?
No. IQOS heats a real tobacco stick; a vape vaporises e-liquid. The experience and the taste are completely different.
How often should I clean it?
Follow the manufacturer's interval. Residue build-up is the most common reason the taste drops off.
Why has the taste gone weak?
Usually the device needs cleaning, the stick is not fully inserted, or the pack has been stored somewhere hot.
How long does charging take?
It varies by model. Watch the device indicator and avoid constant fast-charge cycles.
Do the sticks expire?
Tobacco dries out over time, so keep packs somewhere dry and use them within a reasonable period.
