The first question before buying: which sticks fit which device? IQOS ILUMA i ONE gives its best when the device and sticks are compatible and stored properly. Tobacco blends are closest to a conventional cigarette, menthol adds a cooling edge, and fruit lines are lighter and sweeter.

- Charge the device with the original charger and let it complete a full cycle before heavy use.

Ordering and delivery
Products from IQOS are ordered through WhatsApp. After your IQOS ILUMA i ONE order is confirmed, the driver brings it to your door.

- Delivery time: usually one to two hours from order confirmation.
- Coverage: every governorate — Capital, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Jahra, Ahmadi and Mubarak Al-Kabeer.
